Using zapsms means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms as the service changes; continuing to use zapsms after an update means you accept the new terms.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use zapsms. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
zapsms rents phone numbers so you can receive an SMS or voice code for a verification you control - it's not a personal phone line. One-time numbers are assigned to a single order and may be recycled once that order finishes. Longer rentals keep a number reserved for the period you paid for. We don't control the target service (WhatsApp, a bank, a game, etc.) or the carriers that route these numbers, so we can't guarantee a specific number will be accepted everywhere, or that it will never be recycled or blocked by a third party mid-rental.
Orders and rentals are paid from a prepaid wallet balance, topped up with crypto, card, or Alipay. A top-up is confirmed once the payment clears - crypto payments are irreversible on-chain, and card/Alipay charges go through our payment processor, so a confirmed top-up can't be reversed or charged back for reasons unrelated to fraud or a processor error. Fees shown before you pay (network fees, processor surcharges) are part of what you're agreeing to send - we credit your wallet the amount you requested regardless of those fees.
Every order has a countdown window to receive its code. If it never arrives, cancel the order (or let it expire) for a full, automatic refund to your wallet balance - no ticket needed. Refunds land in your wallet balance, not back to your original payment method, since crypto payments can't be reversed and processor refunds aren't instant. If a carrier recycles or blocks a number mid-rental, contact us and we'll replace or refund that rental.
zapsms is for verifying accounts and services you're entitled to access - not for fraud, impersonation, evading a platform's ban or safety systems, or any other illegal purpose. Card and Alipay payments must be your own - using a card you're not the primary holder of, or a lost, stolen, or shared card, is not allowed and can get your account suspended. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the referral program, chargebacks a legitimate payment, or otherwise misuses the service.
We work to keep numbers reliable and codes fast, but zapsms is provided as-is. We're not responsible for a target service rejecting a number, a carrier outage, or losses from you sharing your account credentials. Our liability for any issue is limited to the wallet balance affected by that issue.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms; where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.
