End User License Agreement

About this agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and zapsms and covers your use of the zapsms website, dashboard and related tools at https://www.zapsms.pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to this EULA together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose: renting phone numbers to receive verification codes for accounts and services you are entitled to access.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to others as a competing service without our written permission;
use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service in a way that harms or overloads it, except through any API we provide;
bypass or interfere with security, rate limits or payment controls;
use the Service for fraud, impersonation, harassment or any unlawful activity, or in a way that breaches the rules in our Terms of Service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Ownership

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to zapsms and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA gives you a right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of anything to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party carriers, payment processors and other providers. We are not responsible for the availability, rules or decisions of those third parties or of the websites and apps you verify with a number.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zapsms is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the wallet balance affected by the issue.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this EULA or our Terms of Service. When your licence ends you must stop using the Service; sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, will do so.

Changes

We may update this EULA as the Service changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
